Pourquoi ne puis-je pas me connecter à la Gestion financière du portefeuille et à la Planification des immobilisations?

Contexte

À compter du 23 mars 2020, si vous avez accès à la Gestion financière du portefeuille et à la Planification des immobilisations (anciennement connu sous le nom de Honest Buildings) et que vous essayez de vous connecter à partir de la page de connexion d'origine, vous serez redirigé vers une nouvelle page de connexion Procore combinée.

This unified login experience allows users who are associated with both Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning and additional Procore products (such as Project Management) to access all Procore Web products available to them, without needing to log in separately. 

Réponse

The following scenarios are possible:

  • If you previously set up a Procore password, you must use your Procore password to access all accounts and products (including Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning, formerly Honest Buildings).

  • If you have never set up a Procore password (for example, you have only used Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning, formerly Honest Buildings), you can use your original Honest Buildings credentials to log into Procore. There is no need to change your password or create a new one. However, if you are still having trouble logging, you can reset your password by clicking the link on the Procore login page.
