Quels sont les différents types d'étapes dans un flux de travail de travail?

 

Contexte

Dans Procore, un flux de travail de travail se compose d'une série d'étapes. Chaque étape définit une partie différente du processus commercial menant à l'approbation d'un item dans Procore. Il existe quatre (4) types d'étapes que vous pouvez créer dans un flux de travail de travail personnalisé : Étape de réponse, Étape de fin (réussite)Étape de fin (échec) et Étape de condition.

Réponse

Le tableau ci-dessous décrit les types d'étapes que vous pouvez créer dans un flux de travail de travail personnalisé.

Étape de réponse
  • Une étape de réponse représente une action ou un processus unique dans un flux de travail de travail personnalisé. 
  • Il est toujours utilisé pour définir l'étape initiale d'un flux de travail de travail personnalisé. 
  • Vous pouvez définir :
    • Groupe responsable
    • Jours pour terminer (jours ouvrables ou jours calendaires)
    • Statut de l'item
    • Envoyer des courriels à la Personne assignée et au(x) groupe(s) responsable(s)
    • Réponses
  • Un chef de projet a une étape d'action pour examiner une facture de sous-traitant et fournir une réponse Renvoyer ou Approuver.
Étape de fin (réussie)
  • Une étape de fin (réussie) indique que toutes les étapes du flux de travail de travail sont terminées. 
  • Il est utilisé pour définir la dernière étape d'un flux de travail de travail personnalisé. 
  • Vous pouvez définir :
    • Statut de l'item
    • Envoyer des courriels à la Personne assignée et [groupe(s) responsable(s)]
  • Une facture de sous-traitant est approuvée par un chef de projet et est inférieure à 99 999 $
  • Une facture de sous-traitant est approuvée par un vice-président et est inférieure à 999 999 $
  • Une facture de sous-traitant est approuvée par un Exécutif.
Fin de l'étape (échec)
  • Une étape de fin (échec) indique que la progression du flux de travail de travail est terminée.
  • Il est utilisé pour indiquer que le flux de travail de travail personnalisé est terminé, mais PAS terminé. 
  • Une facture de sous-traitant est rejetée par un chef de projet.
  • Une facture de sous-traitant est retournée par un chef de projet.
Étape conditionnelle
  • Une étape de condition contient une instruction Quand/Alors. La partie « Quand » de la déclaration contient une (1) hypothèse et la partie « Alors » de la déclaration contient (2) une conclusion.
  • Lorsque le montant d'une facture de sous-traitant est supérieur à 99 999,00 $, il doit être acheminé à un vice-président pour examen. 
  • Lorsqu'une facture de sous-traitant est supérieure à 9 999 999,00 $, il doit être acheminé à un Exécutif pour examen.

Budget Change Amount The grand total of the all 'To' and 'From' Budget Change adjustment line item values.
Adjustment Amount The sum of the adjustment line item's positive amounts OR the absolute value of the adjustment line item's negative amounts. The greatest absolute value will be used to determine the outcome of the condition step.

Total Amount of Approved Cost Objects

Amount Over budget on Approved Cost Objects

The project's designated column total amount subtracted from the combined total amount of all 'Approved' Commitments, Commitment Change Orders, and Direct Costs.

Beta  Amount Over Budget Code Value for Approved Cost Objects

The difference between the approved amounts associated (Commitments, Commitment Change Orders, Direct Costs) with each of the Budget Codes included in the item's SOV and the Budget Code's Revised Budgeted amount.  The workflow will be routed depending on whether the the item's approval will cause any Budget Codes associated with the item to move above the set amount.

Beta  Amount Over Budget Code Value for All Cost Objects

The difference between the Approved, Pending, and Revised amounts associated (Commitments, Commitment Change Orders, Direct Costs) with the Budget Codes included in the item's SOV and the Budget Code's Revised Budgeted amount. The workflow will be routed depending on whether  the the item's approval will cause any Budget Codes associated with the item to move above the set amount.

Beta  Approved Costs Percentage of Budgeted Budget Code Values

The percentage of the Revised Budgeted Amount for the Budget Code amount(s) included in the SOV of the workflow item across all Approved cost items. The workflow will be routed based on whether the workflow item's SOV Budget Code values across all Approved items are above/below a defined percentage of the Revised Budgeted Amount of the Budget Codes.

Beta  All Costs Percentage of Budgeted Budget Code Values

The percentage of the Revised Budgeted Amount for the Budget Code amount(s) included in the SOV of the workflow item across all Approved, Pending, and Revised items. The workflow will be routed based on whether the workflow item's SOV Budget Code values across all Approved, Pending, and Revised items are above/below a defined percentage of the Revised Budgeted Amount of the Budget Codes.

Condition Definition

Gross Amount

The gross amount billed on the invoice with retainage applied. 

Materials Stored Amount

The amount billed for materials stored on the invoice.

Net Amount

The net amount billed on the invoice with retainage applied.

Original Commitment Value

The original amount of the commitment contract before any changes, adjustments, or amendments.

Retainage Released Amount

The amount of retainage released on the invoice.

Total Retainage Released

The percentage amount of retainage released to date. 

Total Completed and Stored to Date

The percentage amount of work completed and materials stored to date.
