Objectif

Modifier le statut d'une tâche.

Contexte

Lorsque vous modifiez une tâche, vous pouvez modifier son statut. Si vous avez terminé les travaux associés à la tâche et souhaitez la fermer, choisissez le statut Fermé. Si vous voulez fermer une tâche sans la terminer car le travail n'est plus requis, choisissez le statut Annulé.

Éléments à considérer

  • Required User Permissions:
    • To edit any task, 'Admin' permissions on the project's Tasks tool.
    • To edit a task that you created, 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions on the Tasks tool. 
    • To edit a task you did not create yourself for which you are the Assignee, 'Standard' level permissions on the Tasks tool.
      Note: 'Standard' level users who are assigned a task that was created by someone else can only add comments or edit the status of the task. The status of the task can NOT be set to 'Closed' or 'Void' by a user with this permission level unless that user also created the task.
  • Additional Information:
    • A task's 'Due Date' and 'Status' fields can also be quickly edited from the Tasks display table.
    • You can also change the status of a task when adding a comment. 
    • When a task is placed into the 'Void' or 'Closed' status, the system will no longer send automated email notifications for that task. 

Étapes

  1. Accédez à l’outil Tâches du projet. 
  2. Recherchez la tâche dont vous souhaitez modifier le statut. 
  3. Cliquez sur Modifier.
  4. Sélectionnez un statut dans la liste Statuts :
    • Initié: Indique que la tâche a été créée.
      Note: Il s’agit du statut par défaut.
    • En cours : Indique que le travail sur la tâche a commencé. 
    • Prêt pour révision : Indique que la tâche est terminée et prête à être révisée. 
    • Annulé : Indique que la tâche a été annulée. 
    • Fermé : Indique que la tâche a été révisée et le travail a été terminé avec succès. 
  5. Cliquez sur Enregistrer.
