Afficher les messages dans l'outil Conversations

Contexte

The Conversations tool show all conversations that you are involved in. This includes direct messages, group conversations, and item conversations.

Permissions d'utilisateur requises :

- Unread messages in the Conversations tool are shown in bold text with a notification badge next to them.
  - Remarque :

- To view threaded replies in a conversation, click the 'reply' link under a message. See View Threaded Replies within a Conversation.

Navigate to the Conversations tool (click the Conversations icon in the Procore header).
Your conversations are organized into the following sections in the sidebar:
- Starred: Contains all conversations you have specifically marked as important for quick access.
- Direct Messages: Contains one-on-one conversations with other Procore users.
- Groups: Contains private group conversations.
- Items: Contains conversations related to specific Procore items (e.g., RFIs, Submittals).

Starred conversations are organized at the top of the sidebar in the Starred section.
Note: This section only appears if you have at least one starred conversation.
Click the name of the Starred conversation to open the thread.
A star icon appears next to the conversation name to indicate it is pinned.
Messages are automatically sorted by date and time. Each message shows the sender's name and initials.

Direct messages are organized by project in the 'Direct Messages' section.

Click the name of the item that you want to see messages for. This opens the item conversation.
